VTE is a leading cause of maternal death in Malaysia. A large proportion of women at risk of VTE have identifiable risk factors and, thus, it is important to conduct proper risk assessment and screening procedures. In this video,Dr Harris Suharjono shared his insights on the importance of VTE risk assessment in the management and prevention of thrombotic events in pregnant women.
