The goal of this learning activity is to provide doctors with a comprehensive review of the use of selective COX-2 NSAIDs in the management of pain in patients with osteoarthritis (OA).

Upon completing this module, participants will have a better understanding of the following aspects:  
● Epidemiology and burden of OA
● Risk factors and clinical features of OA
● Pharmacological and nonpharmacological management in OA
● The role of COX-2 selective NSAIDs in managing OA pain
