The goal of this learning activity is to provide pharmacists with a concise review of antiplatelet agents in the management of cardiovascular disease (CVD). 

Upon completing this module,participants will have a better understanding of the following aspects:
● Prevalence of CVD
● Pharmacists’ role in CVD management
● P2Y12 inhibitors in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) following percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)
