Overview

Despite achieving and maintaining glycaemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), patients are still at risk of developing cardiovascular disease (CVDs). The goal of this activity is to understand the CVD continuum in T2DM, and to highlight the importance of reducing the risk of CV mortality in patients with T2DM, in accordance to guideline recommendations and the latest clinical evidence.
