About the course

Renal denervation (RDN) is increasingly recognised as a safe and effective adjunctive therapy to control blood pressure (BP) with or without pharmacotherapy. The goal of this learning activity is to provide doctors with a comprehensive review of the latest updates on RDN and its role in improving BP control in patients with hypertension (HTN). Upon completing this module, participants will have a better understanding of the following aspects:

  • Burden of resistant HTN in Malaysia
  • The role of RDN in managing resistant HTN
  • Latest recommendations on RDN by the Malaysian Working Group
